Both device demonstrations and design concepts are welcome for 10-minute oral presentations or demonstrations followed by 5-minute question and answers sessions. Those interested in presenting at dap 2010 must submit 3-page PDF formatted abstracts and images.
This year dap 2010 will prepare a Device Catalog Book which will illustrate the current state of the field. Submissions will be prepared for inclusion in this Device Catalog Book. As such, it is important that the copyrights for the imagery used in submitted documents be held by the authors.
The workshop committee will use a jury format to assess submitted designs and demonstrations. Each abstract will be reviewed by a minimum of three program committee members and feedback will be provided with both accepted and rejected submissions.
We will notify authors of acceptance by September 15th. October 1st will be the deadline for camera-ready abstracts and imagery. Preceding the workshop, abstracts will be posted and available for public comment on the workshop website. During the workshop participants will vote to award a best design prize.
The 4th Call for Papers for dap 2010 is now available in PDF or Plaintext formats.
